Refunds and Returns
Showler and Showler want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive. Due to the varying nature of our product catalogue, our returns and refunds policy varies depending on the product(s) purchased. Below is a list of the different policies based on the products we offer:
Greetings Cards, Postcards, Tote Bags and other homewares:
If you purchase Greetings Cards, Postcards, Tote Bags or any other homewares from us, you have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange the product(s) for another item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging in the condition they were received.
You have 1 hour from the time your art print(s) order is placed to contact us to amend or cancel your art print(s) order. Unfortunately after this time has elapsed as all our art prints are made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any art print(s) purchased. The only exception being that if the item is supplied damaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange.
