Shipping & Returns FAQs

 

1. How much is UK Shipping?

All UK orders are shipped FREE via second class Royal Mail.

We also offer a 48 hour (if ordered by 1pm Mon–Fri) priority delivery service which costs a flat rate of £11.95.

 

2. Do you offer international Shipping and what are the costs?

Yes. We ship to the following countries at the prices shown below:

EU Member Countries, plus other members of the EEA - European Economic Area (Iceland, Norway, and Lichenstein) plus Switzerland:

  • Order value is under £10: £2.99

  • Order value is over £10: £14.50

USA & Canada:

  • Order value is under £10: £3.50

  • Order value is over £10: £16.99

Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia (If you country isn’t shown, please contact us):

  • Order value is under £10: £3.99

  • Order value is over £10: £16.99

Rest of the World: Please contact us for pricing, and we will add your country to our list of destinations.

 

3. Will I have to pay Customs Charges & Import Taxes on International Shipment?

If placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), any local taxes, import and/or export duties are the liability of the purchaser. These are not calculated at checkout and payment of these taxes and/or duties (which may be incurred in transit) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

International delivery charges, local taxes, import and/or export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Showler and Showler recommend all customers purchasing for delivery to destinations outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), check first with all necessary bodies with regards to any local taxes, import and/or export duties they will be liable for before purchasing any goods from the Showler and Showler website

 

4. My country isn't shown in the International Shipping section. Can you still deliver to my country?

If this is the case, please email us and we will see what we can do.

 

5. I wish to return all or part of my order. How can I do this?*

Showler and Showler want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive. Due to the varying nature of our product catalogue, our returns and refunds policy varies depending on the product(s) purchased. Below is a list of the different policies based on the products we offer:

Postcards, Greetings Cards, Tote Bags and Other Homewares:

If you purchased any of the above items from us, you have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to notify us if you wish to cancel these items or exchange them for another item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging in the condition they were received.

Art Prints:

You have 1 hour from the time your art print(s) order is placed to contact us to amend or cancel your art print(s) order. Unfortunately after this time has elapsed as all our art prints are made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any art print(s) purchased, except where the item has supplied damaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. My item is damaged. How do I get a replacement or refund?

If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify us via email with photos of the damage within 48 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange.

7.  How do I go about returning or exchanging a product?

You must notify us via email if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps us to improve our offering.

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed fully with a representative of Showler and Showler.

We will process any refunds directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days, subject to compliance with the returns policy and timeframes outlined above.
