Refunds and Returns

Showler and Showler want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive. Due to the varying nature of our product catalogue, our returns and refunds policy varies depending on the product(s) purchased. Below is a list of the different policies based on the products we offer:

Greetings Cards, Postcards, Tote Bags and other homewares:
If you purchase Greetings Cards, Postcards, Tote Bags or any other homewares from us, you have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange the product(s) for another item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging in the condition they were received.

Art Prints:
You have 1 hour from the time your art print(s) order is placed to contact us to amend or cancel your art print(s) order. Unfortunately after this time has elapsed as all our art prints are made to order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any art print(s) purchased. The only exception being that if the item is supplied damaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
 

Damaged Items

If you find a damaged item in your order, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of its delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to offer you a refund or exchange.

Deliveries outside the UK
If placing an order for delivery to a country outside of the UK, any local taxes, import and/or export duties are the liability of the purchaser. These are not calculated at checkout and payment of these taxes and/or duties are not the responsibility of Showler and Showler.
International delivery charges, local taxes, import and/or export duties will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Showler and Showler recommend all customers purchasing for delivery to destinations outside the UK check first with all necessary bodies with regards to any local taxes, import and/or export duties they will be liable for before purchasing any goods from the Showler and Showler website.

 

How to return or exchange a product

You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps us to improve our offering.

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed fully with a representative of Showler and Showler.
We will process any refunds directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days, subject to compliance with the returns policy and timeframes outlined above.
